בשלב ראשון - תשיג כבל סיראלי מוצלב (NULL MODEM), ותתקין עליו ג'מיני 4.20.

במדור DREAMBOX כאן בפורום יש המון מדריכים שמסבירים איך לבצע את השדרוג בעזרת כבל סיראלי (אל תנסה להשתמש בחיבור הרשת לפני שתבצע את העדכון הזה).
אם הדרים שלך מקורי, אתה יכול להתקין גם ג'מיני 4.30, אבל זו גרסה שהיא עדיין חדשה ויש לה בעיה קטנה עם דרים לא מקורי (ניתנת לפתרון, אבל בתור מתחיל לא כדאי לך להסתבך עם זה עכשיו), ו-4.20 עובד מספיק טוב. אם תרצה תשדרג אח"כ לגרסה יותר חדשה.
אחרי שתעשה את זה, פשוט עבור במדור DREAMBOX על המדריכים השונים שמסבירים איך לסרוק תחנות, איך להתחבר לרשת המחשבים ועוד ועוד.

במכשיר מותקנת מערכת הפעלה מסויימת

מה התועלת בשדרג את מערכת ההפעלה ל Gemini v4.2 ?

כמו כן עברתי על ההודעות הישנות באתר , לא מצאתי הסבר להעלות קודים / תוכנות לממיר

הבנתי שיש צורך לשתול קבצים בתיקיות בממיר - איך עושים זאת ?

בדר"כ המכשירים הללו מגיעים עם מערכת הפעלה מיושנת, שלא ניתן איתה להתחבר לרשת המחשבים, וגם לא ניתן איתה לפתוח ערוצים מקודדים, ככה שהשידרוג הראשוני ממש הכרחי.
אל תנסה לקפוץ שני צעדים בבת אחת. תעבור את השידרוג בשלום, אח"כ התחבר לרשת, ואז תלמד לגבי פתיחת ערוצים מקודדים. זה לא מאוד מסובך, אבל אין טעם להסביר לך או שתנסה ללמוד את זה לפני שמערכת ההפעלה של הממיר שלך מסוגלת לתמוך בכך.

התקנתי את מערכת ההפעלה החדשה , מצאתי דרך להעביר קבצים לממיר

לאיזה תקייה יש להעביר את קבצי הקודים והאם הם פועלים אוטומאית ?
האם יש להוסיף אמולטורים ל CAM , איך מבצעים זאת ואיך מפעילים אותם בממיר ?
למה נועד המסך הכחול בממיר ?

דרך המסך הכחול אתה יכול להגיע ל ADDONS, ושם בחר את CAMS. אני ממליץ להתקין MGCAMD האחרון.
אתה צריך גם להפעיל אותו (נדמה לי עם הכפתורים הצהוב והירוק).
כדי לפתוח את הערוצים אתה צריך קבצי SoftCam.Key ו-Autoroll.Key מעודכנים בספריית var/keys. אותם ניתן להוריד מ- http://www.dvbfiles.com/.

בשביל לראות TPS, כדאי לך גם להתקין את הקונפיג של MGCAMD. הנחיות איך לפתוח TPS יש כאן: http://www.sat-israel.com/Forums/index. ... opic=22837

נפתחו לי ערוצי Cryptoworks

בכדי לראות סוגי הצפה אחרים , האם יש להתקין CAM אחר / או להוסיף CAM ים נוספים ?

mgcamd פותח את כל ההצפנות שניתן לפתוח. זה רק עניין של מפתחות נכונים והגדרות נכונות של mg_cfg.
