HI,DVB IS NOT AN ENCRYPTION ITS :DIGITAL VIDEO BRODCUSTING ITS MEAN THAT THE CHANEL BRODCUSTING IN DIGITAL PLATFORM AND NO PAL THAT MEAN ANALOG PLATFORM
YOU CAN SEE THERE IS F WORD THAT MEAN THE CHANEL IS FREE
YOU MUST INSTALL ANOTHER DISH FOR 13E BECOUSE ITS FAR AWAY FROM 42E BUT IF YOU THINK TO INSTALL 1.80 DISH I THINK THAT IS POSIBEL TO GET 13E
