The DIGIKART Smartcard is the property of DIGITURK.
Expired and not renewed smartcards must be returned to DARCAN COMMUNICATIONS AB.
If the Smartcard is not returned after the end of the membership and if the Smartcard is proved to be used in illegal purposes, the customer is committed to pay 2500:- SEK to DARCAN COMMUNICATIONS AB.
