yes we give full one year warrenty for the stb and share because we get this warrenty from mvision5- האם האחריות היא רק על הערוצים או גם על איכות השירות ? כלומר אם אחרי חודשיים למשל רק חבילה אחד נפתחת מכל החבילות שעובדות היום ומעבר בין ערוצים באותה חבילה יחידה לוקח 35 שניות האם זה נחשב כאילו אתם עומדים בהתחייבות שלכם כלפי הלקוח שזה יעבוד שנה ?
if some one is not happy with the receiver within 14 days he can return it and get full payment if some one will not like it after 6 month he will not get full payment he will get a fair price for his stb
if all sharing channel stop in first year we will give the relevant payment back i dont think dreambox have this system6- אם אתם נותנים אחריות נניח לשנה ואחרי 4 חודשים אין יותר שיתוף האם אני יכול להחזיר את המוצר
