פניתי לחברה עצמה בשאלה האם ניתן לקנות את הכרטיס ל VIASAT לערוצים ב 75E וזאת התשובה שקיבלתי:

Thank you for contacting us!
Unfortunately Viasat does not offer channels to Israel at the moment.
This may change some time in the future, but right now Israel is not in
our satellites coverage area. It is also prohibited to take our card
that has been purchaced for example form Estonia to Israel, because it
would violate copyright agreemets.
Dreambox cannot be usesd for viewing Viasat channels, because this tuner
does not incorporate Videoguard encryption system that we use for
sending our channels.
