שאלה לבעלי טכנוטרנד TT-Connect 3600

קניתי כרטיס של חברת טכנוטרנד לפני 4 חודשים.
מאז ניסיתי להפעיל איתו 3 דייסיקים של:
1. APEX
2. SUNRISE
3. CHIETA 2041

הוא לא עובד עם אף אחד מהם. רושם שאין אות.
בלעדי הדייסיק הוא פועל מצויין.

פניתי לחברה דרך האתר. והחוצפנים העבירו את המייל שלי כמו שהוא לחברת DVBSHOP.
התעלמות מוחלטת.

התכתבתי עם DVBSHOP והם אמרו לי שהכרטיס שלי תקין והם מודעים ומנסים לברר את הבעיה עם טכנוטרנד.

האם יש למישהו כרטיס של טכנוטרנד שעובד עם דייסיק 1 ל- 4?
אם כן, אז איזה דגם הדייסיק?

במקרה שאני לא אצליח למצוא את האחד הזה אני אדרוש פיצוי או את כספי חזרה באתר המכירות.

אתה יכול להראות את האימייל שקיבלת שאומר שהם מודים שהבעיה ידועה?

היה לי את הכרטיס הזה לפני כשנתיים, ואכן גם לי בזמנו הייתה בדיוק אותה בעיה.
החלפתי איזה שני דייסקים (יצרנים שונים) עד אשר הצלחתי למצוא דייסק שפעל כשורה.
קבל את התנצלותי, אך אינני זוכר איזה דגם.

It is the third time that I apply you.
I bought TT-Connect 3600 usb STB.

I tried 3 diseqc company. The STB don't communicate with the Diseqc.



I think the STB don't have enough current to operate the diseqc.

This problem is common in all the forums all over the Internet.

I can't succeed to operate the STB with diseqc with your driver and software.



I still waiting for solution.

Hi!
I tried to use the following DISEQC 2.0:
1. CHIETA WSD-2041 - DISEQC 2.0 with full support with diseqc 1.0.
2. Sun-Rise 3400 - DISEQC 2.0
3. APEX DISEQC 2.0

all the diseqc are 4 to 1.
I use the latest driver and software from technotrend.

The STB work fine with the LNB without the DISEQC.
My TOPFIELD STB work fine with all the Diseqc.

My Technotrend 3600 can't wotk with any Diseqc I tried.
I bought it from DVBSHOP.

What can I do?

Hello,

it could be due to the distance between USB Box and the Diseqc Switch. There are some issues about that with S2-3600 and Diseqc right now,
which is currently viewed by the Technotrend development team. It seems the signal get somekind of "lost", if the distance between Switch
and Box is too long. Right now, for today, we don't have a proper solution, I'm sorry.

Hi!
I tried to connect to the DiseqC with 1m cable. (on the roof).
The cable , lnb and the DiseqC are OK.

This problem don't related to length of the cable.
I searched on the internet and I fount it common problem for a lot of people.

Now, what can cause the problem.
There is any TT-Connect 3600 that work with Diseqc. Which DiseqC? Which company?

How can I solve the problem? Does my card damaged?

If there is any problem with the card, people have to know that...

no, the box isn't faulty. We had good experience with our Chess-Diseqcs, but there are so many other different brands for Diseqc, which might handle
signals in another way ...

סוגים מסויימים!!!!! הממיר טופילד שלי עובד עם כל הדגמים. אין סיבה שחברת טכנוטרנד תתמוך בכל הדגמים.

ביקשתי ממנו סוג אחד שזה יעבוד.
ולא קיבלתי תשובה החלטית.

המטרה שלי היא לדעת איזה דגמים של דייסיקים עובדים עם הכרטיס הזה. מכיוון שעד עכשיו הכרטיס הזה הוא רק עול.

כי אצלי דייסיק של אפקס לא פועל על הכרטיס.

יש הרבה גורמים בנוסחה: תשתית (אצלי סה"כ ~5 מ' כבלים), חומרה ותוכנה במחשב (דרייברים, מע' הפעלה...), איכות הכרטיס אצמו. לא נשמה סביר שלכרטיס תקין תהיה בעיה עם דייסק.

באיזה חברה ודגם אתה משתמש? איפה ניתן להשיג אותו?

והאם הכרטיס מצליח להפעיל את כל הכניסות?

ושאלה אחרונה: האם ניסית להפעיל עם הכרטיס דייסיקים אחרים?
