To change this to White or any other color of your choice, here's what you can do.
If you're using the default skin (Kerni-HD1), then edit the file /usr/share/enigma2/Kerni-HD1/skin.xml
Find the <subtitle> section and locate this part:
<sub name="Subtitle_TTX" font="Regular;30" shadowColor="#40101010" shadowOffset="3,3" />
and add a color definition:
<sub name="Subtitle_TTX" font="Regular;30" foregroundColor="#FFFFFF" shadowColor="#40101010" shadowOffset="3,3" />
FFFFFF is for the color White.

סקין שלי היה Dreamt-hd - הלכתי ל-XML המדובר בתיקיה שלו וזה עבד מצויין.
האמת רציתי צבע צהוב אז שמתי קוד צבע FFFF00 אבל עדיין כתוביות יצאו לבנות - לא המשכתי להתעסק עם זה כי הייתי צריך לשים אימג' חדש בכל מקרה.

עשיתי את זה באימג' חדש וזה עובד כמו שעון.
כולל כתוביות צהובות.
