Via2 RTV International and NTV-Mir added on OPOS Card

Hey guys,



We added Via2 RTV International and NTV-Mir to the OPOS Card. Those Russian packages now working on OPOS!

HOTBIRD 13E Freq: 11938H 27500 3/4
SIRIUS 5E Freq: 11843H 12380H 27500 3/4

First the Viaccess Files, later today the Xin1 will follow!

Also added some WinExplorer Scripts to change the Viaccess Keys. If somebody want to make a Editor , we would be glad
